The Italian pianist Marco Alesi believes that each time on the stage he must tell something to the audience, something that it is important, beautiful, joyful, sad or even painful.
The Italian magazine „Il secolo XIX” (9/09/2006) wrote about “the magic of Alesi at the piano”: “He immerses himself deeply into the harmony of music, and thus creates a strong hug with the audience that remains touched. Marco Alesi surprised with one magical interpretation of a polonaise and a waltz by Chopin and made an exceptional evening of music.”
M. Alesi has got the diploma of excellent studies of the piano at the conservatory of „G. Verdi” in Milan. His teachers were prof. G. Marchi and maestro P. Rattalino. He studied and had the lessons from the greatest teachers: Aldo Ciccolini, R. Risaliti, L. Hoffmann, S. Dorensky, V. Margulis, A. Lonquich, F. Scala and N. Flores.
Accepted at the prestigious University Mozarteum Salzburg, under the tutelage of professors A. Kontarski and C. Tanski, he obtained the academic title of “Magister der Künste” (Master of Arts) in 2002. This is how Professor Claudius Tanski describes his student:

His musical training has allowed him to embark on an exciting career that has brought him around the world, such as Peru, as well as across Europe, including Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland, and Lithuania – he was the first Italian pianist who played well-known Lithuanian composer M.K. Čiurlionis. The pianist has collaborated with “The National orchestra of RAI” of Torino, he had the beautiful shows with numerous orchestras: “The Milano classical orchestra”, the orchestra “Sinfonica Giovanile Fiaminga”, the chamber orchestra “CIS” of Mozart of Salzburg, “The Salzburg Philharmonic” and the National symphony orchestra of Peru “OSN”.
In 2003 the artist has founded his musical enterprise and brand “alesiEnsemblesalzburg” and presents to public the chamber repertoire, regularly performing in the concerts season “Amici della Musica” (Music friends) in Salzburg.
Marco Alesi is proud and happy having interesting creative collaboration with one of the most relevant composer of our time A. Mȕllenbach, who is director of “Sommer Akademie” of Mozart, from which was followed the world premiere “Streams” (the composition for three – the piano, the violin and the contrabass) of Mozart in Salzburg.
From 2011 M. Alesi works as professor of piano in the high school, musical section in Austria and from May of 2017 he gives the piano lessons in the Music Academy of Passau (Baviera, Germany). He lives in Linz, Austria.
